STOUT COMMERCIAL PLAN

The customer's HVAC system will be checked and cleaned by Stout HVAC Services, LLC. We will check the customer's HVAC system once in the spring and once in the fall.

We will check and clean the coil and condenser in the warm months and also check and clean the furnace in the cool months. This will include checking wiring, pressures, amps, capacitors and a visual inspection of the HVAC unit. 26 check points will be inspected on each bi-annual maintenance visit.

Base Cost: $195 for the first system and $95 for each additional system, plus $8 for each 2" pleated filter(s).

STOUT PLUS QUARTERLY PLAN

This plan includes system cleanings, 4 filter changes and a 26 point check on your system. We will check and clean the coil and condenser in the warm months and also check and clean the furnace in the cool months. This will include checking wiring, pressures, amps, capacitors and a visual inspection of the HVAC unit. 

Base Cost: $255 for the first system and $95 for each additional system, plus $8 for each 2" pleated filter(s).

STOUT PRO MONTHLY PLAN

This plan includes system cleanings, 12 yearly filter changes and a 26 point check on your system. We will check and clean the coil and condenser in the warm months and also check and clean the furnace in the cool months. This will include checking wiring, pressures, amps, capacitors and a visual inspection of the HVAC unit. 

Base Cost: $340 for the first system and $95 for each additional system, plus $8 for each 2" pleated filter(s).
