Residential Maintenance Plans

We will check and clean the customer's HVAC system once in the spring  and once in the fall. 26 checkpoints will be inspected on each bi-annual maintenance visit plus a 1" pleated filter change on each scheduled system:
$180/year for the first system and $90/year for each additional system.

We will check and clean the customer's HVAC system quarterly. We will check and clean the coil and condenser in the warm months and check and clean the furnace in the cool months. 26 checkpoints will be inspected on each maintenance visit, plus a 1" pleated filter change on each maintenance visit.
$230/year for the first system and $90/year for each additional system.
